Within one business day, from a real person rather than an autoresponder. If you book a call instead, you will usually be speaking to us within the same week.

Yes. We are headquartered in Miami with clients in Fort Myers, Austin and across the United States. Almost everything happens over video, so where you are is never a constraint.

Thirty minutes, no pressure and no jargon. We ask about your business and what you need the site to do, give you an honest recommendation, and follow up with a fixed quote in writing within the week.

Yes, and most clients do. A typical setup is a website build followed by a monthly maintenance plan, with SEO or AI search added later once the site is earning its keep. Everything is quoted separately so you can see what each part costs.

No. We’ll build you a site and hand it over if that’s what you want. Most clients stay because they’d rather not think about updates, backups and security, but it isn’t a condition of working with us.

A five-page website starts at $2,500. Maintenance starts at $100 a month plus $20 for hosting. SEO is $100 an hour, usually delivered through a plan. Custom web apps run from about $2,500 for small tools to $30,000 and up for portals and cloud applications.

A website is typically live in three to four weeks, most of which depends on how quickly we get your content. Maintenance starts the day we migrate you. SEO and AI search take longer to show results, usually three to six months of consistent work.

Oui. We work in French and English, build bilingual sites, and a good number of our clients are French speakers building a business in the US.

Book the call anyway. It’s thirty minutes, free, and you’ll leave with a clear recommendation whether or not you work with us.

WordPress website design

Timelines, pricing, content and ownership for a new WordPress site.

WordPress website packages →

Most business sites go live in 3 to 4 weeks. The biggest variable is how quickly we receive your content and feedback, and we help with both.

Our packages start at $2,500 for up to five pages (Launch), $4,000 for up to ten (Business) and $5,500 for up to fifteen (Growth). Features like booking, e-commerce or a members area are quoted separately. You get a fixed quote before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Yes. The site is built on standard WordPress with Elementor. We show you how to change text and images, and we handle anything bigger on your maintenance plan.

Not a confident writer? Many business owners aren’t. The text and images are yours to provide, but content writing is available as an add-on if you’d rather we handle it. We’ll quote it with the rest of the project.

Completely. The domain, source code, database and content are all yours. We manage the hosting for you, and if you ever leave, we hand the site over in full.

Yes. We build bilingual WordPress sites regularly and can set up proper language switching for Google.

Hosting and maintenance

What our care plans cover and how they work.

Maintenance plans →

Three plans, billed monthly per site: Care at $100, Growth at $200 and Reach at $400. There’s a one-time $150 setup fee to onboard your site, and hosting is billed separately at $20/month with 5 GB of storage included.

Every plan covers updates, security and monitoring. Every plan covers updates, security and monitoring. Daily backups come with our hosting plan. Growth and Reach add time each month for content and SEO work. Reach also includes AI search and GEO optimization Essential, which is $90/month when bought on its own and ADA Compliance Essential, which is $110/month when bought on its own.

Most small business sites fit one of the three as listed. Sites with heavy traffic, e-commerce or a lot of custom functionality take longer to maintain, so those get a quote after a short call. We will tell you which plan actually fits rather than pushing you to the biggest one.

A one-time $150 per site. It covers the first pass on your site: auditing what’s installed, bringing plugins and core up to date, configuring backups and monitoring. If you purchase the plan as part of a website build, the setup fee is waived.

Yes. We look after WordPress sites built by other agencies and freelancers every day. We start with a free site check so you know what you are getting.

Changing text, swapping photos, updating hours or prices, adding a team member, posting a blog article you wrote. New pages or features are quoted separately.

We clean it up, restore from a clean backup if needed, and close the hole. It is included in every plan.

Month to month. Cancel whenever you like and we hand everything over.

We recommend Google Workspace for professional business email and can set it up and manage it for you.

SEO

How we approach search rankings and what to expect.

SEO services →

Technical fixes can move things within weeks. Meaningful ranking gains usually take 3 to 6 months of consistent work, and how fast depends on how much time we put in and how competitive your market is. One to two hours a month keeps a site healthy and slowly builds; ranking against strong competitors needs more, and we will tell you honestly which situation you are in.

SEO is billed at $100 an hour and is usually delivered through a maintenance plan, which includes one hour of SEO a month. If you’d rather start with a one-time audit and a prioritized action plan, that’s quoted separately.

No, and neither can anyone else honestly. We guarantee the work, transparent reporting, and that we will tell you if it isn’t working.

Most clients get SEO through our maintenance plan, since it bundles the hours and we already manage the site. If you would rather buy hours on their own, we can do that at $100 an hour with a minimum of two hours a month.

Yes. We optimize bilingual sites and French-language pages aimed at French-speaking customers in the US.

AI search and GEO

Getting your business cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.

AI search optimization →

Generative engine optimization makes your business visible and accurately described in AI-generated answers, the way SEO does for Google’s results. Good SEO is the foundation; GEO adds the structure, clarity and markup that AI systems rely on. They are not the same: most pages cited by AI do not rank in Google’s top ten for the same question.

SEO wins the links on Google’s results page. AI search decides the answer people read before those links, or instead of them. They reward different things, so a business can rank well on Google and still be left out of ChatGPT’s answer. GEO works alongside your existing SEO and does not replace it.

Schema is part of it, but on its own it is not enough. AI assistants also look at how clearly and consistently your business is described across your site and the web, and whether your pages answer questions directly. We handle all of it and keep it up to date.

You can, and there is no contract either way. The catch is that AI assistants tend to keep recommending the businesses they already understand well, so competitors who are clearly described now become the default answer. Starting with the free check costs nothing and shows you where you stand.

No. Your existing content stays as it is. We add an AI-readable layer behind the scenes, so your visitors see exactly the same site while AI tools get a version they can read and quote.

No. It runs independently of your theme and plugins, with no redesign, no conflicts and no added page weight. It works alongside Yoast, Rank Math, WooCommerce, Elementor and the rest.

$90 a month per site, up to 200 pages. $130 a month per site, up to 1,000 pages. Monitoring and monthly reporting included. One-time $150 setup fee for each plan. If you purchase the plan as part of the Reach maintenance plan, the setup fee is waived.

Month to month. Cancel whenever you like.

Most sites start appearing in AI answers within a few weeks of the changes being picked up. We report monthly so you can see mentions and referral traffic building rather than taking our word for it.

No, and nobody honestly can — AI answers change constantly. What we can do is make you the most clearly documented, consistently described option in your category, which is what these systems favour, and show you the results each month.

ADA compliance and accessibility

The legal side, WCAG, and what actually changes on your site.

ADA compliance plans →

If you serve the public in the US, very likely. Courts have repeatedly treated websites as places of public accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and e-commerce sites and businesses with a physical location are the most frequently targeted. Several other countries, including the UK, Canada and Australia, require WCAG compliance outright. We are not lawyers, so for a definitive answer on your situation speak to one.

The ADA is the federal law prohibiting discrimination against people with disabilities. WCAG is the technical standard, published by the W3C, that defines what an accessible website actually looks like. The ADA does not name WCAG, but courts and regulators use it as the benchmark, so WCAG 2.1 AA is what we work to.

The IRS Section 44 credit covers 50% of eligible accessibility expenses in a tax year, up to $5,000, for small businesses that qualify. It can offset a significant part of the work. Check eligibility with your accountant, and we will provide whatever documentation they need.

No. An overlay tool helps, and we include one, but it cannot fix underlying code. Contrast, heading structure, form labels and keyboard navigation have to be corrected in the site itself. Widget-only solutions have been named in lawsuits precisely because they leave the real problems in place.

They overlap more than most people expect. Alt text, captions, transcripts, clean heading structure, sitemaps and readable contrast are all accessibility requirements and ranking factors. Screen readers and search engine crawlers read a page in much the same way, so fixing one usually improves the other.

An audit takes about a week. Remediation depends on the size of the site and what the audit finds: a small brochure site is usually days, a large e-commerce store can take several weeks. You get the timeline with the quote.

Usually a letter from a law firm stating that a person with a disability could not use your website, citing the ADA and asking for a settlement. Amounts commonly run into several thousand dollars before legal fees, and they often arrive with a short deadline. Many are sent in volume to businesses that share the same obvious failures, which is why fixing those failures is the cheapest insurance available.

The most common failures we find are: images with no alt text, colour contrast too low to read, headings used for styling rather than structure, form fields with no labels, buttons and menus that cannot be reached with a keyboard, video with no captions, and PDFs that screen readers cannot open. The audit tells you which of these apply to you and how serious each one is.

Barely. Most fixes are invisible: code structure, labels, alt text. Where contrast is too low we may need to adjust a colour, and we will show you options before changing anything. The accessibility interface itself sits behind a small icon and is styled to match your branding.

New content is where compliance quietly slips. That is what the monthly monitoring is for: new pages and posts are scanned, problems are flagged, and small fixes are handled as part of the plan. You get a short report each month showing what changed.

Custom web apps

Portals, booking systems, calculators and other custom tools.

Custom web app development →

Client portals, booking and scheduling systems, quote and estimate generators, members-only areas, price calculators, order forms, small internal dashboards and integrations between tools you already use.

Small tools start around $2,500. Portals, booking systems and cloud applications typically run from $7,500 to $30,000 and up, depending on complexity. Everything is fixed-price once scoped.

No. That is what the scoping session is for. Describe the problem and we design the tool together.

Yes. Most of what we build lives inside your WordPress site or connects to it, so it looks and feels like part of your brand.

You do. Everything is documented and handed over.

Autonomous AI agents

Pricing, the free trial, the KLASHTECH30 code and how the agents behave.

AI agent plans →

The agents run on Limova, an AI agent platform, and Klashtech is an official Limova partner. We handle everything around it: setup, configuration, connecting your tools, training and ongoing support, so you have one person to call rather than a software company.

The voice agents sound natural and handle interruptions and objections, but we recommend being upfront rather than pretending otherwise. In practice most callers care that someone answered at 8pm, not who. For anything sensitive we set the agent to take a message and hand it to you.

It hands over. The agent takes a message, books a callback, or transfers to your phone, depending on how we set it up. It never guesses at a price or makes a promise you would not make.

No. There are no credits, no message caps and no surprise overage charges. Use them as much as your business needs.

Yes. Both plans start with a 15-day free trial, so you can see the agents working in your business before you pay for anything. If you continue, your plan starts at the standard price, and code KLASHTECH30 takes 30% off your first year.

Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. After that, Essential is $48 a month billed annually, or $58 month to month, and includes all eight agents with unlimited use and no credit limits. Pro adds the AI phone agent for $65 a month billed annually, or $78 month to month, plus $0.25 per call minute. With code KLASHTECH30 you save 30% on your first year.

Enter KLASHTECH30 when you sign up for either plan and you will save 30% on your first year. After that, your plan continues at the standard price, month to month or annually. It is available to every Klashtech client.

You get all eight either way. Most businesses switch on one or two first, usually customer support and the executive assistant, and turn on the rest once those are running smoothly. There’s no extra cost and no usage cap, so you can grow into them at your own pace.

The platform itself is quick. The work is in teaching it your business: your services, prices, exceptions and the way you talk to customers. Expect a week or two from the first call to something you are happy to put live.

Yes. The agents handle 140 languages, including French, and can switch based on the caller. For our French-speaking clients in the US this is often the reason they call in the first place.

Data stays in your own accounts wherever possible, access is limited to what each agent needs, and we avoid routing anything sensitive through services that train on it. We will walk through exactly where your data goes before anything goes live.

Any time. No contract, month to month. If it is not earning its keep, say so and we will switch it off.

E-2 visa business websites

For investors launching a U.S. business on an E-2 visa.

E-2 visa websites →

Yes. We build the brand, website and local presence for businesses being prepared by international founders, in English or French, and can start before your visa is approved. We do not provide immigration or legal advice. See our E-2 business websites.

No. Klashtech provides website, branding and marketing services only. We do not give immigration or legal advice, prepare petitions, evaluate investments or advise on visa eligibility. Those questions belong with a qualified immigration attorney.

Yes. We can work while the business is still being prepared, using the business direction, services and market information available at that stage. The site is built for the real company you plan to operate, not as a temporary document.

We do not present a website as a legal requirement or as a way to improve your chances. Ask your immigration attorney how, or whether, it fits into your application, and we will work around their preferences.

Our packages start at $2,500 for up to five pages (Launch), $4,000 for up to ten (Business) and $5,500 for up to fifteen (Growth). Features like booking, e-commerce or a members area are quoted separately. After launch, hosting is $20/month and maintenance starts at $100/month. You get a fixed quote before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Oui. We work in English and French throughout, and can build a bilingual site when your customers, partners or team need it.

Yes. We can fit around their timing and any website-related preferences they have, while they remain responsible for the immigration and legal side.

Referral program

Earning a reward for sending business our way.

Referral program details →

10% of the first project of each business you refer: up to $500 for a website, and up to $1,000 for a custom web app. You also earn a $100 bonus if they keep a maintenance plan for three months. There is no limit on how many businesses you can refer.

A one-time welcome discount code on their first project, which we share with them after your referral.

Within 30 days of the client’s final project payment. Existing Klashtech clients can choose cash, or 150% of the reward as credit toward their own hosting or maintenance.

WordPress website design and development, and custom web app development, plus the $100 maintenance bonus. Hosting, SEO, AI search, AI agents, AI automation and ADA compliance are not eligible.

That is fine. If they mention your name when they first get in touch, the referral counts.

Six months. If the business signs within six months of your referral, you earn the reward.

The business has to be new to Klashtech. If we were already in contact before your referral, it does not count.

Yes, but if you do, please mention that you may earn a commission. That is required by the FTC for paid referrals.

Some professions limit referral fees. If that applies to you, we are happy to set up reciprocal referrals instead of a commission.
