The situation
Event Mobile Spa already had a website, but it did not reflect the experience they sell. A service built on trust and calm needed a brand and imagery that communicated both before a client ever booked.
The scope was a complete rebrand: reviewing the copy, designing new icons for each page, and creating an identity that showed the values of the business. Behind the scenes, bookings had to reach the team reliably and clients needed to hear back automatically.
What we built
- A new brand identity and brand guidelines, with imagery that reflects the calm of the service
- Copy reviewed throughout, and new icons designed for each page
- A booking platform connected to their back-end CRM, so every request reaches the team
- Personalised, automated emails that keep clients informed from booking to appointment
- Dedicated pages for private events, corporate events and post-operative care, plus a page to recruit new specialists
- Full implementation, from domain setup to a secure server, then hosting and ongoing maintenance
