The situation
Elly Home Cleaning was a brand-new business with no website and no online presence, so there was nothing to redesign: the site had to introduce the company from scratch, before it had any reviews or reputation to lean on.
It also had to solve a harder problem. Most cleaning websites are written for homeowners. Elly needed one that spoke to professionals, for whom a late or careless turnover means a bad review, a refund and a lost booking.
Those buyers judge speed, reliability and consistency before they ever pick up the phone, so the site had to earn that trust on its own, across every area Elly serves.

- A WordPress site positioned for property managers and hosts, leading with turnover specialism rather than general cleaning
- Service-area coverage for Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra and St Augustine, matching the searches their clients actually make
- Quote requests built into every section, so a manager can ask for pricing from wherever they land
